At OUAT!, we are committed to continuously improving our tools for enhanced usability and efficiency. With the help of customer feedback, we’ve designed the new homepage to help you quickly access the projects and features you need with fewer clicks and a more engaging layout.

Faster Access to Your Projects

One of the standout features of the new homepage is the possibility to access your projects directly. You can now jump back into your work with a single click, so that you don't need to scroll through lengthy project lists. This change is designed to save you time and enhance your workflow, allowing you to pick up right where you left off.

Streamlined Workflow

We understand that many of our users work on a small number of projects at a time. To support this, we’ve introduced a gallery display of your most recently opened projects on the homepage. This reorganized layout reduces clutter, making it easier for you to quickly find and access the projects that are most important to you.

User-Friendly Side Panel

The new side panel provides easy access to all of HakoBio’s tools while keeping the homepage neat and clean. When you hover over each feature, a small info screen appears, complete with a short video and descriptive text. This is particularly beneficial for new users, helping them become acquainted with the platform’s capabilities. Additionally, links to the Help Center and Legal Terms are easily available, ensuring that support is always within reach.

More Prominent icons

With the new interface, icons that indicate key project information have become more visible. Now, it’s easier to manage and keep track of your Guided Tours, public access settings, shared projects, and templates, ensuring that all the details you need are right where you can see them.

Dropdown Settings

To further enhance user experience, we’ve merged the settings buttons in the top right corner into a dropdown menu. This change simplifies navigation and keeps a clean design, making it easier for users to find what they need without unnecessary distractions.  

A More Inviting Experience

Our goal is to make HakoBio as simple and intuitive as possible, for both new and long-time users. This redesign is part of our commitment to make your workflow on the platform smoother and more efficient. By reducing the number of interactions needed to access projects and key features, we’re aiming to help you focus on what really matters—making faster, better decisions.
